New patients
Your first visit, in four steps
A first visit takes about an hour, and we can book it before or after work, or on a Saturday.
- 01
Ask for a time
Send the form or call. Tell us the day that suits you and how you'd like us to reply.
- 02
We check your plan
If you have dental insurance, we look up your benefits and tell you what the plan says it covers before you come in.
- 03
Forms, in private
Health history and consent forms go in our private patient portal or on paper at the office, never through this website.
- 04
Exam and options
Your dentist examines you, takes X-rays if needed and explains what they found. You leave with your options and a written estimate.
Fill in your forms before you arrive
The forms open in our own private portal, so no health details travel through this website.

Before you come in
What do I need to bring?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of your medicines. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your last office to send them.
Do I give my medical history on this website?
No. The contact form takes no medical details. Your history goes on the forms in our private patient portal or on paper at the office.
Can you get my records from my last dentist?
Yes. Give us the name and number of your last office and sign a release, and we'll ask for your records before your visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a day and time that work, and how to reach you.
